Welcome to Mutabazi.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform. By accessing or using Mutabazi.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
1. Who We Are
Mutabazi.com is a digital platform operated by Thousand Skills Ltd. It enables individuals and businesses to discover opportunities, request products, services, or solutions (RFQs), and connect with suppliers capable of meeting those needs. The platform facilitates interactions between users but does not provide, own, or deliver the products or services listed.
2. User Roles and Access
Mutabazi.com allows both registered and non-registered users to access certain features. Registered users may act as both requesters and suppliers. To appear as a supplier, users must list their products, services, or solutions. Non-registered users may browse publicly available content, use search features, share content externally, and contact suppliers through provided details. Certain features, including internal direct messaging (DM), require registration.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform beyond general browsing, including submitting RFQs, contacting other users, or engaging in transactions. Users who submit information or interact with others are responsible for ensuring that such information is accurate and up to date.
4. Account Registration and Responsibilities
Users may register an account to access core platform features. Certain features may require an active subscription or payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Mutabazi.com may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. RFQ Submission and Account Creation
Users may submit RFQs as registered or non-registered users. Where an RFQ is submitted by a non-registered user, an account may be automatically created using the information provided, and the RFQ will be processed as a standard request on the platform. Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information.
6. Product Listings and Promotional Content
Suppliers may list products, services, or solutions and publish promotional content, including posts or updates, to showcase their offerings. These features support visibility and engagement. Mutabazi.com does not guarantee visibility, reach, or business outcomes.
7. RFQs and Supplier Responses
Suppliers may view RFQs that are relevant to their listed products, services, or solutions. Offers may be submitted manually or generated through predefined settings. Offers are visible only to the requester who posted the RFQ. Requesters decide whether to engage with any supplier. Mutabazi.com does not guarantee that RFQs will receive responses or lead to transactions.
8. User Communication
Mutabazi.com may provide communication tools within the platform for user convenience. The platform does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of communications between users, whether conducted through the platform or external channels.
9. Transactions and User Responsibility
All agreements, payments, and deliveries are conducted directly between users. Mutabazi.com is not a party to any transaction and does not verify the identity, capability, or reliability of users or their offerings. Users are responsible for conducting due diligence, protecting their information, and assume all risks associated with their interactions.
10. Subscriptions and Feature Access
Certain features, including submitting offers and enhanced visibility, may require a paid subscription. A temporary free access period may be provided. Mutabazi.com may modify or introduce subscription models and features at its discretion.
11. Visibility and Promotion
Visibility of listings and content may depend on relevance, activity, and subscription status. Subscribed users may receive increased visibility. Mutabazi.com does not guarantee placement, ranking, or exposure.
12. Platform Use and Restrictions
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, or to post misleading or offensive content. Mutabazi.com may remove content or restrict access where necessary.
13. Intellectual Property
All platform-related content belongs to Thousand Skills Ltd. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Mutabazi.com a non-exclusive license to use it for platform operation.
14. Liability and Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain functionality and availability, Mutabazi.com does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutabazi.com shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from user interactions, transactions, or reliance on user-generated content.
15. Platform Nature and Opportunity Disclaimer
Mutabazi.com enables users to access opportunities by connecting needs with capabilities. The platform does not guarantee responses, offers, transactions, income, or business success. Outcomes depend on user activity and external factors.
16. User Conduct and Trust
Activities that undermine trust, including fake RFQs, spam offers, misleading listings or posts, or any deceptive behavior, may result in suspension or termination of a user account.
17. Termination
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Mutabazi.com may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
18. Changes to These Terms
Mutabazi.com may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Thousand Skills Ltd operates. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
