    Mutabazi.com is an online matching platform operated by Thousand Skills Ltd, a legally registered company. Buyers use the platform to post Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and suppliers respond with offers.

  • 2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

  • 3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

    Users must register an account to post RFQs or submit offers.
    You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
    You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    Mutabazi.com may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • 4. User Content and Responsibilities

    You may provide information such as RFQs, product or service descriptions, photos, and pricing.
    You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you post.
    You agree not to post any illegal, misleading, harmful, or offensive content.
    Mutabazi.com may remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms.

  • 5. RFQs and Supplier Offers

    • RFQ titles and descriptions are publicly visible..
    • A requester's details are disclosed only to those suppliers whose offers they choose to engage with.
    • Each supplier's offer is visible only to the requester who posted the RFQ.
    • Direct messages (DMs) between users remain private.
    • Mutabazi.com does not guarantee that any RFQ will receive offers or that any transaction will be completed.

  • 6. Dealings Between Buyers and Suppliers

    • Mutabazi.com provides a platform for matching buyers (requesters) and suppliers.
    • It is the sole responsibility of the requester to vet the supplier and of the supplier to vet the requester — including checking the seriousness of the request or offer — before entering into any agreement.
    • Mutabazi.com is not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers.
    • All agreements, contracts, payments, and deliveries are concluded outside the platform.
    • In case of disputes, misunderstandings, or claims arising from transactions, these shall be handled by the legally competent authorities under applicable law.

  • 7. Payments and Transactions

    • Payments between buyers and suppliers may be done outside the platform or facilitated within the platform through third-party payment providers .
    • Some Mutabazi.com services are chargeable. Users may be required to purchase credits, which can then be used to access or unlock premium services and features on the platform.
    • Credits are linked to your account and are non-transferable. Unless required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable.
    • Mutabazi.com (Thousand Skills Ltd) is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or failures caused by third-party providers or external arrangements between users.

  • 8. Platform Use and Restrictions

    You agree not to:

    • Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's operations.
    • Collect or harvest information from other users without consent.

  • 9. Intellectual Property

    • All rights to the Mutabazi.com platform (design, code, branding, and content created by Mutabazi.com) belong to Thousand Skills Ltd.
    • Users retain ownership of the content they upload (e.g., product photos, descriptions), but grant Mutabazi.com a non-exclusive license to display and use that content for operating the platform.

    • Mutabazi.com is not responsible for losses arising from disputes between buyers and suppliers.
    • Users are encouraged to conduct due diligence before engaging in any transaction.

  • 11. Termination

    • Users may delete their accounts at any time.
    • Mutabazi.com may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.

  • 12. Changes to These Terms

    Mutabazi.com may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
